We charge a flat hourly rate for all services -- consulting, mentoring, or implementation. We invite you to compare our rates to others and believe you will find that we charge between 50% and 75% of what larger, more heavily burdened firms charge.
We ask customers to commit to a minimum of 40 hrs per month for solution consulting and implementation mentoring services with no minimum number of months required. We believe that the quality of our service will determine the duration of our relationship.
We work on a Time-and-Materials (T&M) basis exclusively. However, if your organization has an RFP, we will be happy to size the effort and provide an estimate for budgetary purposes. In either case, our estimates are based on real-world experience.
