Hello, my name is Mike DeAndrea. I'm the founder and CEO of ComplianceNow as well as a long-time ServiceNow user and consultant.
As a user, I worked hands-on with the ServiceNow GRC applications for many years while managing the compliance efforts of a large Enterprise IT Operations group within a multi-billion dollar company to ensure the organization remained continually compliant and audit ready.
As a ServiceNow consultant, I worked with several elite ServiceNow partners in various roles (Solution Architect, Business Process Consultant, Senior Solution Consultant) to help their customers understand how to get the most values out of the ServiceNow platform.
While working in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, I realized that most ServiceNow customers had both the talent and resources in-house to do the job themselves. They really didn't need the full-power and resources of a large ServiceNow partner to stand up their Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, or other IRM-related programs in ServiceNow. All they really needed was someone to show them the way, get them started in the right direction, and look over their shoulders during the implementation to ensure they didn't take a wrong turn or do anything that would cause problems in the future.
With these capable customers in mind, I decided to leave the ServiceNow elite partner ecosystem and launched ComplianceNow, a small, boutique, individual consulting firm (backed by an extensive network of compliance colleagues and ServiceNow professionals) to give these customers a choice -- namely, a low-cost, high-value alternative to high-price, full-service elite ServiceNow partners for customers who have the incentive, inclination, and resources to do it themselves.
